 Do Not Honor codes are being phased out, what are community members seeing?

• Decline Reason Code 59

• Visa only: Last 3 month break down of Visa % of declines we saw – showing a shift from do not honor to suspected fraud.
• Commentary/updates from our banks.
• What we are scratching our heads with – we are seeing fully authenticated transaction be declined with reason code 59 – suspected fraud.
• Hayden (our Head of Customer Transactions) will be on the community call to talk through, add more context.

Interchange Impact from Brexit

• Some merchants are now processing domestically in the UK, others are just paying higher fees.  We would like to hear from members on how they handled the raise in interchange fees.
